New BARR Replacement Exhaust Manifold & Elbow Kit for Volvo Penta 5.0L & 5.8L FORD Marine Engines. Replaces exhaust systems used between 1993- present with Standard Height (7 3/4") elbows. Carbureted Applications Only!

Exhaust manifolds and elbows corrode over time as raw water is run through them more than any other component on a marine engine. It is recommended that exhaust manifolds and elbows be replaced every 3-5 years depending on use. This kit includes (2) exhaust manifolds, (2) exhaust elbows, and the gaskets and bolts required to install these components onto your engine.

These components are Made in the USA!

This kit replaces those used on Volvo Penta Ford based V8 marine engines (5.0L, 5.8L - 302/351) using standard height elbows (7 3/4"). We have other kits available for engines using 10.25" and 11.3" tall risers.
